Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Washington state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Open to SLPs with CCC, as well as CFY candidates seeking mentorship Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities Passion for working with children and school staff Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Deliver targeted interventions through individual and group sessions Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with IEP requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Adapt therapy plans to student needs and monitor progress Take advantage of comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k matching, designed to support your health and future financial security.
