Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to make a substantial impact in educational settings near Seattle, WA. These roles—both full-time and part-time—offer the chance to shape the communication skills and lives of students at the elementary and high school levels. Assignments are immediate and will continue until June 17, 2027. All positions are in-person, offering the rewarding, hands-on connection that’s essential in school-based therapy.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active WA SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential
• Completion of background check and fingerprinting through OSPI
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in school settings, especially with elementary or high school students, is highly valued
• Ability to collaborate with educational teams and families
• Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and implement individualized therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring goals are met according to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate therapy logs and comply with all state and district documentation requirements
• Offer guidance and in-class support to faculty regarding communication strategies
• Remain current on best practices in school-based speech-language therapy
