This contract assignment focuses on providing coverage during a maternity leave, allowing you to utilize your SLP expertise in a dynamic educational setting near Seattle, WA. This position welcomes both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders, offering a unique platform to grow professionally. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or pending Washington SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Schools-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities Adaptability and compassion for working with a diverse student population Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with state and district standards Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Deliver direct and consultative services to ensure student growth Participate in planning and professional development as requested In addition to making an impact in students' lives, you'll enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401k match through Procare.
