- Lead Engagements: Supervise and train personnel assigned to engagements, ensuring compliance with due dates and time budgets.
- Motivate and Mentor: Inspire and assist staff in their professional development, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Drive Success: Take full responsibility for large tax engagements, including complex tax research and return preparation, contributing significantly to our clients' financial success.
- Communicate Effectively: Relay Firm policies and technical information to tax personnel, ensuring a cohesive and informed team.
