Job Description Job Title: E-commerce Fulfillment Department: E-commerce Pay Type: Hourly General Function Responsible for total warehouse cleanliness and appearance, inside and out. Including, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting, shampooing of carpets, and sanitizing. Core Competencies Partnerships Growth mindset Results oriented Customer focused Professionalism Reporting Relations Accountable and Reports to: Director, Assistant Director, and Operations Manager Positions that Report to you: None Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service by exhibiting care, concern, and patience in all interactions Maintains proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals Orders cleaning products as needed; audits invoices for correctness (where applicable) Maintains employee breakroom cleanliness and sanitation. Including, but not limited to: tables, counters, windows, garbage, recycling Maintains safe and cleanly conditions of entrance and exits Monitors plumbing and fixtures; notifies supervisors as needed Installs and replaces paper towel and soap dispensers when needed Empties the garbage and cardboard into designated areas Responsible for custodial equipment maintenance Adheres to company policies and individual Pharmacy Fulfillment Center guidelines Reports to work when scheduled and on time Secondary Duties and Responsibilities Assists in other areas of warehouse as needed Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics Must have the ability to solve practical problems; variety of variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing Education and Experience No education or experience requirements Physical Requirements Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision. Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Working Conditions This position is exposed to noise, temperature extremes, dampness, dirt, and chemicals/solvents. This is a fast-paced work environment in an office and warehouse setting. Equipment Used to Perform Job Scrubber, mop, hand scraper, screw driver, wrench, hand tools, power hand tools, and vacuum Contacts This position has daily contact with suppliers/vendors and co-workers Confidentiality Maintains the confidentiality of the customer’s private medical information according to the HIPAA Act.
