Executive Director, Enterprise Investment Lead

Lead strategies across media planning and activation to deliver client business objectives and drive innovative solutions Lead performance media for client acquisition, retention, and growth across Paid Digital, Search, Affiliate Marketing, and Social channels Serve as key point of contact for clients, internal Hearts and Science teams, creative agencies, OMG center, and external media/data partners Develop and expand relationships with internal, cross-agency, and strategic partners such as Google, Amazon, and Meta Act as a performance media subject matter expert and ensure teams and processes follow best practices Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing Science, and Analytics on innovation and capability development Monitor new partners and technologies to enhance media capabilities Promote data-driven decision-making using technology stack, partner, and internal data sources Advise on marketing platform tools, capabilities, and data to improve ROI Lead client transformation in digital and performance media strategy and execution Drive innovation using custom machine-learning algorithms, voice, and emerging media technologies Foster continual learning and support direct team members Integrate direct team members with cross-agency teams and upskill them in performance media channels Coach direct reports to deliver high standards and provide management support Improve processes, structure, and programs by challenging the status quo Establish and maintain effective client relationships Anticipate future trends and evolve performance media plans while protecting the bottom line Requirements 12+ years of media experience, preferably at an agency or consulting agency Track record of driving digital customer growth and revenue across paid media platforms for B2C and B2B brands Ability to develop and drive strategic media plans for large, complex organizations Strong people leadership, talent development, capability building, and culture development Track record of building and developing high-performing teams Experience using data analytics to provide customer insight, drive innovation, and improve efficiency and productivity Functional and technical knowledge and skills necessary to deliver in the role Strong project management and interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced, multi-priority environment Client leadership capability through transformation Creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit Strong understanding of media advertising and marketing technology Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading performance media strategies across digital channels, driving client acquisition and growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.
