The ideal candidate will have the following: at least 1-2 years of IT Help Desk experience Experienced working with a Ticketing system (doesn't have to be a specific ticketing system in particular) Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 10), Microsoft Server OS Basic knowledge of IOS Mobile devices Ability to work in our Pasadena office Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
