Responsibilities Responsible for the daily administration, monitoring, and support of Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange environments, and virtualized infrastructure within Azure M365. Focus on managing user mailboxes, distribution groups and permissions; performing routine maintenance on Exchange and virtual machines; and ensuring mail flow continuity and system availability. Apply patches, manage backups, respond to service requests, and assist with compliance and retention policy enforcement. Support end users with troubleshooting email, calendar and access issues, and coordinate with engineering teams to implement approved changes. Play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of enterprise messaging and virtualization services. Qualifications Active Secret security clearance. Associate’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. Minimum 3-5 years in an IT related field. Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
