Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and professionally
• Prepare and present food items according to brand and hotel standards
• Create a welcoming, engaging lounge atmosphere for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and lounge areas
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and inventory levels
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and local area knowledge
• Accurately operate POS systems and handle transactions
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support opening, closing, stocking, and prep procedures

Qualifications

• Previous bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic food preparation is a plus
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume event periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must meet all applicable age and certification requirements for alcohol service
