CDM Dietary Manager: Lead Senior Living Dining

Aventura at Oakwood Village in Springfield, OH is seeking a seasoned Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead the food services department and ensure high-quality meals for residents. You will supervise cooks, servers, and dietary aides while managing inventories and records to uphold service standards.
As the CDM, you will plan menus, supervise staff training, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
