Pharmacy Data Entry Technician

About the Job We are seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to become a part of our North Andover, MA location! Specialty Rx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. Specialty Rx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. HOURS: Evening; 3:00pm-11:00pm (Mon-Friday and every other weekend) Data Entry Pharmacy Technician-Responsibilities: Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review. Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information. Generate labels for dispensing. Answer phones and respond to order inquiries. Clarify orders as needed. Triage incoming faxes. Data Entry Pharmacy Technician-Requirements: Previous experience in pharmacy desire. Knowledge of brand names and generic medications. Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently. Must be multi-tasking and reliable. Knowledge of SIG-Codes. Quick typing skills. Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
