Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)An Active RBT Certification with the BACB is required for this position. Location: Must be based in Elk Grove or Sacramento. Job Type: PART-TIME. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12-8pm. Must have afternoon and evening availability. Work Setting: In-home or In-clinic. We're hiring entry-level candidates as well as certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers.What You'll DoAs an RBT at BTS, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child's home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours.
