About us

Lightsaber Promotions is an A+ BBB rated supplier of promotional products. We serve over 150,000 retail and business clients across the United States and internationally, and we're adding to the sales team at our Blairsville, Georgia office.

The role

This is high volume inside sales. You'll close deals by phone and email, often dozens a day. Our clients come to us, so you won't be cold knocking doors or driving a territory. We provide full training and all the materials you need.

How pay works

All new hires will start on a training salary while you learn our products and process
After training you move to full commission with bonus opportunities
Most first year reps earn $35,000 to $55,000
Our top reps earn $85,000 or more
There's no quota cap, so what you earn depends on what you close

What we're looking for

Phone sales experience and comfort closing over the phone and by email
Fast, accurate typing and the ability to juggle several things at once
Clear, fluent spoken English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A steady work history and a competitive streak
Someone who gets along with customers and teammates
