Earn More When Your Restaurant Wins Restaurant General Managers are eligible for SBH Foods’ performance‑based store bonus program, with opportunities to earn additional compensation every four weeks when qualifying restaurant performance goals are achieved. General Managers at designated Training Stores are eligible for an enhanced bonus in ecognition of the additional responsibility of developing incoming SBH Foods leaders. SBH Foods also recognizes strong General Managers who take on designated restaurant turnaround assignments with additional performance‑based earning opportunities.
