Practice Overview The group advises clients across a broad range of industries on complex corporate and strategic matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Private equity transactions Venture capital financings (debt and equity) Joint ventures Corporate governance matters Complex commercial agreements General corporate transactions Attorneys in the practice work closely with clients ranging from emerging growth companies to established national and international businesses. Candidate Requirements At least 3 years of sophisticated transactional experience in a law firm Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents relating to: M&A transactions Private equity and venture capital matters General corporate transactions Strong academic credentials Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment Experience with acquisition financing is helpful, but not required. Candidates must be admitted, or eligible for admission, in the state corresponding to their primary office location.
