Location: Overland Park Kansas | On site 5 days a week Salary: Up to $70K base + 12% bonus Summary We're seeking a hands on Cost Accountant ready to make an immediate impact in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Backed by a stable, global organization with strong growth. What you'll do Lead cost analysis, inventory valuation, and variance reporting Partner with operations and finance to drive efficiency Ensure accuracy across work orders, standard costs, and reporting Maintain IL/GL Integrity. Obsolete Inventory Analysis. Prepare and deliver cost quotes for District Managers, Vice Presidents, and field teams Calculate and present monthly door cost reports to Purchasing, Sales, and executive leadership What we're looking for 2-5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or business Team player ready to hit the ground running PTO + paid holidays from day one 401(k) with automatic 3% company contribution Tuition reimbursement and more Looking for impact, visibility, and long-term growth?
