Marketing Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven Marketing Associate to help us scale our brand and share our story with the world. As our Marketing Associate, you will be the engine of our marketing and growth efforts. You will work directly with our leadership team to build and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution & Growth Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product features and learning tools. Manage and execute day-to-day backend operations across digital channels, including social media, and email marketing. Event Planning and management of the logistics, design, and execution of events (conferences, conventions, and webinars). Content Creation Write and edit compelling, SEO-optimized content—including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website copy (including visuals/content design)—tailored for educators, students, and parents. Collaborate with design and product teams to build engaging collateral. Define the global merchandise vision, ensuring all branded items align with company values, mission, and aesthetic standards. Analytics & Optimization Track and measure campaign performance and ROI Monitor Google Analytics, CRM, and ad platforms to prepare performance reports and identify key growth opportunities. Conduct ongoing competitor and market research to stay ahead of ed-tech trends.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 2+ years of proven marketing experience, preferably in an ed-tech, B2B SaaS, or digital agency environment. Experience: 1-2 years managing corporate social media profiles (e.g., X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) Exceptional Writing: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex educational concepts into clear, engaging messages. Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with digital marketing and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Claude, Canva, Tableau). Startup DNA: Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple deadlines in an evolving environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education background with a genuine interest in the education industry. Experience with HubSpot Marketing Experience managing company websites (Webflow experience preferred)
