Job Summary

\n

The IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support to end users while assisting with the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a high level of customer service.

\n

This position operates in an onsite environment and requires a self-motivated, dependable individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT systems
\n
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access permissions
\n
• Support Office 365 administration and basic network operations
\n
• Manage and track IT service tickets; prioritize, follow up, and escalate as needed
\n
• Assist with IT asset management to maintain accurate inventory records
\n
• Develop and maintain documentation including knowledge base articles, procedures, and user training materials
\n
• Support mobile device management and video conferencing solutions
\n
• Perform general system troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
\n
• Collaborate with broader IT teams to support infrastructure and operational initiatives
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in an IT support or similar role
\n
• Microsoft Office 365 administration
\n
• Active Directory
\n
• Exchange Server or Exchange Online
\n
• Microsoft Office Suite
\n
• Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) preferred
\n
• Experience supporting mobile devices and A/V or video conferencing tools preferred
\n
• Healthcare or hospital environment experience preferred
\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
\n
