Job Description:

• Receive, sort, organize, track, and distribute incoming mail, packages, parcels, faxes, and messages to the appropriate guests, employees, or departments.
• Move, lift, maneuver, stack, and organize packages safely and efficiently to ensure proper storage and timely distribution.
• Deliver packages and parcels to guest rooms in a prompt manner, ensuring time-sensitive items, including flowers, are delivered within established service standards.
• Process outgoing guest packages through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, including carefully packing items for shipment and posting applicable charges to guest rooms.
• Gift wrap items upon guest request while maintaining Four Seasons presentation and service standards.
• Answer telephone calls using courteous, efficient, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Obtain all necessary information from guests to accurately process and fulfill requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local area information.
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, and accommodating service while anticipating and responding to guest needs.
• Operate applicable computer systems and technology to input, track, and manage packages, guest messages, and service requests.
• Generate and review required reports using hotel computer systems.
• Receive, document, coordinate, and ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of guest amenity requests.
• Process paid flower orders, including posting applicable charges to guest rooms and creating purchase orders as required.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient guest service.
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and professional mail room and work area.
• Maintain an appropriate inventory of forms, stationery, office supplies, and other materials necessary for mail room operations.
• Maintain applicable local and corporate policies and procedure manuals.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, providing guidance, instruction, and support as needed.
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Inform management of guest complaints or service concerns and take appropriate steps within the scope of the position to assist in resolving issues.
• Conduct oneself professionally at all times and consistently represent the service standards and values of Four Seasons.
• Follow all established payroll, uniform, grooming, and hotel procedures.
• Follow established hotel safety and emergency procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Utilize existing hotel software and technology and adapt to new systems implemented in the future.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, tasks, or special projects as assigned by hotel management.

Rate : $31.03 - $41.37 per hour
