We are a privately-owned, friendly, and caring dental office. We are looking for a Full-Time Front Office Administrator/Billing Specialist who has: - A great work ethic, friendly and outgoing, and has effective communication with patients and the team.
- Always has a positive attitude, and brings their A-game to the office every day.
- Someone who is diligent at picking up the phones.
- Responds to patients' questions with professionalism.
- Has knowledge and confidence when talking to insurance companies and patients regarding insurance benefits and collecting co-payments.
Experience Required: - At least 6 months of experience in the Dental Front Office is REQUIRED.
- Dental Assisting background is preferred (will cross-train as needed).
- Experience with Eaglesoft software is preferred, but not required.
- Efficient in basic math.
- High School diploma, GED equivalent (or higher Ed) required.
