Additional Information

• Board Certification is preferred; however, new graduates will be considered.
• The CRNA will operate independently.
• Procedures include General, Orthopedic, Gastrointestinal, Urology, ENT, and Obstetrics. No Head or Heart cases are involved. The majority of cases will be General, GI, and Orthopedic.
• Coverage is required from June 16 to June 18, July 13 to July 17, and every Monday throughout July.
• An active IA CRNA License or an active Compact License is necessary.
• A clean malpractice and background history is mandatory .
