Location: Training at our headquarters in Woodinville, WA, followed by route work throughout King and South Snohomish Counties Pay: $25–$30 per hour + uncapped sales opportunities

What You’ll Do

Inspect and Solve Problems: Identify pest issues and learn to apply the right solutions.

Deliver Excellent Service: Communicate with customers, explain findings, and ensure satisfaction.

Hands-On Work: Apply treatments, install monitoring systems, and perform detailed inspections.

Drive Safely: Travel between customer locations within your assigned route and schedule.

Stay Organized: Keep accurate service records, manage materials, and maintain equipment.

Work Independently: Once trained, manage your route and customer relationships with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Customer Service Skills: You enjoy helping people and take pride in doing quality work.

Quick Learner: Ready to complete paid training and become WSDA licensed.

Dependable and Professional: Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual.

Physically Capable: Comfortable working at heights, in crawlspaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.

Driver Ready: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Meets Background Standards: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (no felony convictions).

Flexible: Available for occasional Saturday work.
