Customer Service Representative

Wage Range: $21.14 - $32.43 per hour

Locations include: Kirkland, WA and Monroe, WA Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Job Summary: Functions as a customer service representative responsible for receiving, storing, issuing supplies/equipment and completing patient charging for supplies as appropriate for the purpose of supporting unsurpassed patient care. Responsibilities also include participating in periodic inventory counting.

Primary Duties:

• Conducts inventories and replenishment of supplies utilizing a computerized Materials Management Information System.
• Functions as a customer service representative to multiple departments/clients in regard to distribution department functions.
• Performs varied day-to-day supply chain activities, including pulling inventory supplies, putting away stock, receiving goods, interacting with customers, and cleaning equipment as needed or directed by management.
• Verifies accuracy of shipments by counting, weighing, or measuring items and comparing size, weight, description, and code numbers with information on invoice or packing slip as per department policy.
• Processes fax, phone, electronic order entry, and walk-up supply and equipment requests.
• Rotates stock inventories in accordance with expiration dates and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

License, Certification, Education or Experience: REQUIRED for the position:

• Current Washington State Driver's license and proof of insurability
• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Math and filing skills necessary to perform inventory management and supply counting tasks
• Proficient with using office automation tools (computers, printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines) with typing skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Word) with the ability to learn other software applications as required to perform duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational skills

DESIRED for the position:

• Experience with computerized inventory control/purchasing system
• 2 years of shipping/receiving/warehousing experience
• Knowledge of medical supplies
• Forklift/Electric Stacker experience
• Experience with computerized inventory control/purchasing system
