Basic Requirements For Auto Repair Technicians Must have a good attitude and work well with the people on your team Maintain a clean and safe working environment 3+ years of recent work history in Auto Repair/Service (professional) Good verbal and written communication/documentation skills Provide own tools to perform required tasks Good diagnostic ability or willingness to learn Trade School Degree / Vo-Tech School Degree applicants ASE Certified / Washington State Emission Specialist Certification a plus Clean Drivers Record, (No major issues) Can provide 3 year non-commercial abstract from D.O.L.
