Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhere to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe workplace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your time at the organization.
