Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy changes.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
• Participate in community outreach and networking events.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and managing their accounts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active insurance license in Virginia or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
