Overview A well-established construction company in West Columbia, SC, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative and contractual support to the Project Management team Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project schedules, documentation, and communication Prepare, process, and track contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders Assist with large project bids, including online portal entries and required submission documentation Update, distribute, and maintain monthly job cost reports as provided by Project Managers Support the billing process by preparing required documentation and backup as needed Qualifications Previous experience in construction administration or project coordination Working knowledge of construction contracts, compliance requirements, and supporting documentation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team-oriented environment Salary: $45,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience) 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance premiums Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
