Brightwell is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, ensure quality care, develop shift schedules, and manage admissions during the assigned shift. The role requires Michigan RN licensure, 1–3 years psychiatric experience (preferred) with supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
