What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to adult patients
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assess patient condition and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

What You Need:

• Required:
• Active Louisiana RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a telemetry or critical care setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Preferred:
• Additional clinical certifications in specialized areas
• Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
