What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to telemetry patients on a night shift schedule
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, and execute patient care plans
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergent situations promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families about treatments, procedures, and health management
• Delegate tasks appropriately and lead nursing team members as assigned
• Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• A minimum of 2 years' nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or cardiac care
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
