Physical Therapy Clinic Director

Location: Buckeye, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: On-site | Outpatient Physical Therapy / Private Practice

An established and growing outpatient physical therapy organization is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to lead a respected physical therapy clinic in Buckeye, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys both patient care and leadership.

The Clinic Director will remain actively involved in clinical care while leading the team, developing clinicians, strengthening the clinic culture, and supporting continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of therapists and support staff.

• Provide clinical mentorship and help team members achieve their professional goals.

• Remain actively involved in patient care and serve as a clinical leader.

• Build a positive culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Support clinic growth while maintaining high standards of patient care.

• Develop relationships with patients, referral partners, and the local community.

• Help identify and develop future clinical leaders.

• Support day-to-day clinic operations and team performance.

• Represent the organization within the local healthcare community.

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

• Previous leadership, mentoring, or team development experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with clinicians, patients, and referral partners.

• Interest in developing people and creating a positive team culture.

• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with leadership and operational responsibilities.
