Leading by example and working closely with the owner, you will steer the clinical operations of the clinic – striving to exceed all operational, financial, and cultural objectives by motivating the five-star care being provided to their loyal patients. You will still have dedicated time to do what you love as a veterinarian in clinic – seeing a range of small animal cases throughout the day. The hospital is happy to invest in your own clinical interests and professional development by purchasing specific equipment and offering an industry-leading CE. Support is readily available for you as the company appreciates the challenges that come with this position. You will have access to a wide network of Clinical Directors operating at other nearby clinics as well as a supportive leadership team onsite. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to running the day-to-day operations of the hospital, supporting future recruitment of staff, and communicating cultural and clinical updates to the team. You will ensure all doctors at the clinic are up to date with the latest procedures and techniques and work closely with your veterinary team to achieve individual learning and development goals through training and mentoring. Ensuring client satisfaction through various initiatives will be a high priority, as will fostering strong interpersonal relationships between colleagues from all departments. You will maintain a strong understanding of all operational KPIs and utilize them to make informed decisions while ensuring the hospital adheres to all safety, regulatory, and operational standards. As the Clinical Director, you will be highly compensated for your role through an incredible benefits package, a sign-on bonus of up to $45,000, and profit-sharing.
