Position Overview Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time at Store 2235 – Bridgewater Commons – Northfield, MN 55057. What you’ll do The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. You will be supported in developing leadership skills to help build your career path. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis, leading the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, is involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment. Experience in training and directing others. Employment Details Location: Store 2235 – Bridgewater Commons – maurices – Northfield, MN 55057. Position Type: Regular / Full‑time. Pay Range: $18.83 – $20.47 per hour. Pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, and work location. The company will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements. This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Benefits Overview We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and work‑life balance. Paid time off is earned on an accrued basis. Newly hired full‑time associates accrue 3.08 hours per pay period. Sick time is awarded each January (56 hours prorated). Holiday pay includes New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and two weeks of new parent leave for birth, adoption, or foster placement.
