  • 10+ years in electrical construction leadership (data center or mission-critical required)

  • Proven success managing large, complex self-perform projects
    • \n
  • Manage Project size of $50 Million
    • \n
  • Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills

Your Next Opportunity

\n

Lead high-impact, mission-critical electrical projects and drive performance across self-perform operations. Own P&L, execution, and delivery while scaling teams and winning complex data center work.

What You’ll Do

    \n
  • Drive P&L performance, growth, and profitability
    • \n
  • Lead large-scale data center electrical projects end-to-end
    • \n
  • Partner with PMs, Superintendents, and BD to win and deliver work
    • \n
  • Manage risk, schedule, cost, and quality across all projects
    • \n
  • Build and lead high-performing teams
    • \n
  • Strengthen client relationships and execution strategy
    • \n
