Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and resolve project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor. Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
