Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour
Location: Milford, MI
About the Role:
A growing financial firm in Milford is seeking a dependable, professional Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact, you will represent the firm with warmth and professionalism, welcoming clients, managing communications, and ensuring daily front-office operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Engagement & Hospitality: Warmly greet visiting clients, direct them to meeting spaces, and offer refreshments (coffee/beverages).
· Communications & Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, take detailed messages, and route calls efficiently using Outlook.
· Appointment Scheduling: Conduct outreach to clients for appointment scheduling, annual reviews, and confirmation reminders.
· Seminar Support: Place reminder calls to attendees for upcoming client dinner seminars.
· Administrative & Team Support: Cross-train to back up general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous receptionist or front-office administrative experience preferred.
· Experience with Mac OS and Microsoft Outlook calendar management a plus
· Excellent verbal communication skills and a polished, professional telephone demeanor.
· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
· Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a professional environment.
