Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

Job Description

Job Summary:

Perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Ensure accuracy and quality control in all clinical laboratory processes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests to support healthcare providers
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following established protocols
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and promptly
Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including licensing requirements
Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and explain test findings
Work weekends and rotating shifts as required to ensure laboratory coverage

Qualifications:

Hold a valid license to work as a Medical Technologist in Hawaii
Demonstrate proficiency in clinical laboratory testing and procedures
Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills
Have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts
