Success description

MetroTech Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and sales organization. This role will work directly with the VP of Sales, National Sales Managers, and National Account Manager to coordinate marketing activities, support sales performance, manage marketing resources, and help ensure efficient execution of day-to-day sales and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and contribute to the growth of MetroTech’s brand and business. Marketing & Brand Management

• Coordinate the company’s marketing efforts in collaboration with management and external marketing partners.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms & website, including content planning, publishing, and engagement.
• Coordinate the development and procurement of point-of-sale materials, brochures, product information, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist with the development of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, product launches, and sales initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms, sales materials, presentations, and customer-facing communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and support business growth through marketing initiatives.

Sales Team Support & Reporting

• Provide direct marketing support to the VP of Sales, National Sales Managers, and National Account Manager.
• Develop and distribute sales reports, data summaries, sales guides, and other resources to support the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance using sales tracking tools and communicate progress, trends, and relevant updates to sales representatives.
• Assist with tracking sales goals, key performance indicators, and other performance metrics.
• Help develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, product information, and sales collateral.
• Maintain accurate and organized sales records, reports, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with appropriate internal teams to resolve issues and communicate updates in a timely manner.
• Support the sales team in maintaining positive customer relationships and delivering a high level of service.

Administrative & Event Coordination

• Assist with planning and coordinating company events, sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry activities.
• Manage marketing and sales projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and organized company records and marketing resources.
• Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as needed to support the sales and marketing organization.

We look for the following skills in candidates -

• Experience in marketing, sales support, administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate sales data.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, sales representatives, customers, and external marketing partners.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, follow-through, and continuous improvement.

Compensation transparency –

• Base salary plus commissions based on sales objectives (approximately 50% of compensation derived from variable commission structure)
