Description: This position is for a Rapid Response Registered Nurse. The role requires working in a high-acuity environment. The candidate will be responsible for responding to critical situations. Typical patient ratios are 1:2. Common procedures include the use of balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia treatment, and cardioversion. The team consists of 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Technician during the day shift. Candidates should be driven, organized, and efficient. A positive attitude and engagement are essential for success in this role. Preferred candidates may have prior experience with specific equipment and electronic medical records. Engagement with the nursing team and collaboration is crucial. This position involves direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
