Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech Language Pathologist – Geriatric Salary Range: $42.61–$45.42 per hour Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (no weekend rotation) Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience working with geriatric population Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide services to our geriatric patients. This position offers a competitive salary range of $42.61–$45.42 per hour, with a schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (no weekend rotation). Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients’ speech, language, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for patients Educate patients and their families on communication and swallowing strategies Stay up‑to‑date with current research and developments in the field of speech‑language pathology Requirements Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Preferably 2 years of experience working with geriatric population Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care Familiarity with electronic medical records systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
