LIHTC Project Manager: Affordable Housing Underwriting
National Equity Fund Inc.
National Equity Fund seeks a Project Manager in Chicago, IL, to lead due diligence and underwriting for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. You will coordinate with various stakeholders and prepare financial analyses to support project proposals.
