Service Technician - Village at Mayfield Apartments
Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Village at Mayfield Apartments in Mayfield, OH. Being a Service Technician isn't just about fixing things; it's about keeping our communities running smoothly and creating a place residents are proud to call home. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and finds satisfaction in seeing the results of their work every day.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining apartments and community spaceshandling repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and helping ensure everything looks and functions at its best. If you like staying active, working independently, and tackling something different every day, this is a great opportunity.

- $22$24/hour , plus:

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Minimum Experience: Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus!
What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
