Maintenance Associate

Senior Living Residences Marlboro’s caring and compassionate maintenance team members provide a clean and safe environment for our senior residents. SCHEDULE:

Full Time: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $20 per hour. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Handle service maintenance calls from residents in a timely manner Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy‑duty cleaning, ensuring the community is kept clean on a consistent basis Perform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks Assist with apartment turnover, moving furniture in and out of apartments Handle snow removal and salt on walkways, sidewalks and entryways, as well as clearing residents’ vehicles during snowstorms
