ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Manager with Mark Kotary, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Multi Line Current Products.
• Need to be proficient in servicing a book of business in the insurance industry and selling both to new and current customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• MUST have 5-7 solid insurance industry experience
• State Farm experience Preferred, really looking for a team member already familiar with the SF systems
• Hold NYS P&C License
• Life Accident, Health Also Preferred

Compensación: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
