Your Responsibilities:

* Assist implementation team in gathering and documenting business requirements during implementation. * Support discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures. * Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration. * Configure platform settings and parameters as directed, aligning build to documented requirements. * Support testing and validation of system configurations and data migration to ensure successful implementation. * Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to escalate complex issues or propose platform improvements. * Maintain implementation documentation and process guides; recommend improvements for clarity and efficiency.

Must Haves:

* 2-5 years of experience in a support, administrative, or coordinator role (internships or relevant coursework considered). * Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms.

Even Better if you have:

* Experience with healthcare-specific platforms (e.g., EMRs/EHRs, WFM tools, scheduling systems, Epic). * Basic knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., ETL tools) is a bonus.
