Billing Clerk

Client: Healthcare Organization Location: Highland Park, NJ Role 1: Billing / AR Specialist Pay: $25/hour Experience: 1–2 years Our client is seeking a Billing/AR Specialist to support billing, accounts receivable, payment follow-up, and customer service in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities: Process billing and accounts receivable transactions Follow up on outstanding balances and payments Maintain accurate billing records and documentation Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing questions Communicate professionally with patients, families, and internal teams Support reconciliation and other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: 1–2 years of billing/AR experience Healthcare experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Role 2: Receptionist / Office Administrator Pay: $21–$22/hour Experience: Entry-level considered Our client is also open to entry-level candidates with reception or office administration experience in a healthcare setting.
