A day in the life of a lube tech involves taking excellent care of customers, utilizing training to correctly identify mechanical problems, providing preventative maintenance, and carefully addressing customer concerns. With excellent communication skills, lube techs give recommendations for repairs along with proper labor and time estimates. They make the repairs and replace parts as requested, ensuring success with a positive attitude and staying on top of the latest knowledge and training.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles. Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions is also necessary.

No experience? We will teach you everything you need to know. Any previous experience is a plus! Excellent mechanical skills, the drive to problem-solve, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and exceptional customer service skills are essential for this part-time or full-time position.

Our lube techs work anywhere from 15-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time status. The typical work schedule varies during our business hours and will include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts--but no late nights. We are open 8am to 7pm Monday-Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday.
