Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients. Provide tailored evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help patients address their unique challenges. Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans effectively. Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to foster informed decision-making. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities that best suit patient needs. Develop personalized treatment plans while collaborating closely with the treatment team to align with patients' goals and preferences. Assist patients in navigating the often complex mental health landscape, advocating for their rights and ensuring they are heard. Organize therapeutic groups, psychoeducational sessions, and discharge planning meetings to support patients’ ongoing recovery. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is crucial in building trusting relationships with patients, fostering a safe environment for them to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and crisis intervention techniques. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Preferred Experience Experience in providing mental health services in a community health setting. Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital mental health platforms. Background in working with varied age groups and diverse cultural communities is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
