What You Will Do
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and tailor solutions that leverage CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.
- Utilize Jira to manage project workflows and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Engage with clients to demonstrate product capabilities and articulate the value of solutions offered.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and enhancements.
- Drive initiatives to improve sales processes and increase overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical support role within the software development industry.
- Proficient in Git and CI/CD methodologies, with a strong understanding of software deployment processes.
- Experience using Jira for project management and team collaboration.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enterprise solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
