Responsibilities Leverage emerging technologies to transform and optimize Investor Services pricing and costing processes. Harmonize independent data sets to enhance financial analytics related to pricing costs, including predictive modeling, benchmarking, scenario analysis, and what‑if studies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in a project‑management setting, establishing clear objectives, accountability, and deadlines. Manage project scope and change proactively, minimizing scope creep and recommending effective solutions. Drive best practices and continuous improvement across projects and modeling opportunities, applying standards consistently. Develop and analyze complex financial models to support pricing decisions for senior management. Provide pricing expertise and analytics, leading data collection and analysis. Support the DIER II process, ensuring data integrity, client profitability, and readiness for review. Enhance deal tracking and reporting for new business and repricing activities. Assist with ad hoc projects such as competitive benchmarking, backtesting, client profitability reporting, and client‑segment reporting. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment. Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong financial modeling and problem‑solving skills. Innovative thinker with a growth mindset and confidence to challenge conventional approaches. Ability to collect, analyze, and utilize large data sets to support pricing and client profitability analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing. Confident and professional in leading pricing proposal conversations with senior management. Highly adaptable, able to adjust quickly to competing demands and rapid change. Prior project‑management experience is a plus, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, plus proficiency in emerging technologies. Direct knowledge of BBH Investor Services products and disciplines is a plus. Salary & Benefits Salary Range (MA): $80,000 – $120,000 base salary + annual bonus target. Compensation includes discretionary bonuses and profit‑sharing.
